Taiwan Litz exhibits five-axis combined and automated machine at EMO to compete European or Japanese leading factory
In order to participate in the world’s largest machine tool exhibition, the European EMO, started in Hanover, Germany on the 16th, the machine tool manufacturer Litz Hitech Corp will be based on the largest exhibition area and the most advanced high-end models over the years. The exhibits will include five-axis machine center, combined machine center and single automation equipment. They are the most technologically advanced and complex in the industry, and the most efficient machine tools and automation products. It is also on-site for processing and presentation. It is on the same stage as the leading machine tool manufacturer in Europe or Japan, and has a direct dialogue with high-end users in Europe and America to strive for orders.
Hu Weihua, chairman of Litz Hitech, said that this year’s trade conflict between China and the United States has led to a slowdown in global economic growth and investors tending to be conservative. Many domestic machine tools makers have been greatly reduced. However, Taiwan’s Litz has been relatively less affected by the improvement of its strategy. There are 3 main points. First of all, the company has long-term Swiss ODM/OEM customers, and orders are stable. Secondly, the company has production bases in Taiwan and China, and has a large flexibility in order and capacity allocation. Coupled with the vast domestic demand market, Litz supplies high-end machine tools and has a fixed demand. In addition, in the expansion of the US market, Litz has been working hard to develop new products that meet the needs of the US market and customers in 2018. After passing the client’s field verification, it has obtained a large number of long-term stable orders. In the future, the above orders will substantially increase Litz revenue and profit, thereby reducing the impact of the Sino-US trade conflict.
Hu Weihua particularly emphasized their participation in expanding the European market. In this year, EMO strongly introduced high-end five-axis machine center and turning and milling machine center, as well as single automation equipment with multi-tool magzine and multi work station for high-efficiency production. They are developed for high-end users in Europe who need to process high-priced, high-complexity workpieces and save labor costs. It is expected to receive considerable orders to compensate for the decline in performance under Sino-US trade conflicts.
Yu Ruiqi, vice president of marketing at Litz Hitech, pointed out that the theme of participating in EMO this year is “process intensive, composite production and productivity enhancement.” During the exhibition, they will appeal to the visiting global buyers for a new concept, including five-axis machining, turning and milling machine center and single automation equipment. They expect to impress the world with high-precision and efficient processing technology, so that they can experience the high performance of the Litz machine as much as the European or Japanese manufacturers.
Yu Ruiqi specifically stated that the company has recently added a turning function to the original LU series five-axis machining machine, which enables the workpiece to be directly milled after turning. This process combines the two processes into one machine, and the entire process can be completed with one-time clamping. In addition, in the TM series combined machine center, there are also powerful milling and turning functions to meet the needs of five-axis movement simultaneously.
The LU and TM series are the highest expression of the production processes intensive spirit, allowing users to complete all processing in one machine. Due to the shortened processing time, the production efficiency can be improved the workpiece, and the processing accuracy can be greatly improved without moving. And because of shortening the delivery period, the user is given a higher return on investment, and the cost performance of the machine becomes super high. In this way, it will bring new changes to the development of the machine tool industry, and it will become a new trend for the users to purchase and process equipment in the future.
